Supreme S77 system is Alumil’s latest proposal for advanced insulating hinged systems which meets the high standards of private and public buildings in Western Europe, combining the demanding levels of thermal insulation, watertightness and sound insulation. The system includes a wide range of profiles with modern flat shape, as well as with Alumil’s characteristic curved shape. Furthermore, it provides the choice of using concealed sash and concealed fittings for windows and doors and also, of making constructions with totally aligned sash and frame profiles internally and externally for the entrance doors. It is the ideal solution for any kind of constructions that require strict standards for high performance and maximum safety.

  • High thermal insulation value Uf ≥ 0.84 W/m2K by using special 40 mm anti-distortion polyamides in the frame and sash profiles for avoiding the “banana effect” due to high temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, PE insulation foam, kooltherm bars and central gasket that consists of a combination of EPDM and foaming material

This is a composite fiber-reinforced material, which makes it extremely stable profile. Otherwise necessary steel reinforcement in 90% of the cases is not necessary. CE DECLARATION OF CONSENT, INSTRUCTIONS

In order to eliminate trade barriers within the European Union arising from different national standards, guidelines and procedures for approving, there are adopted guidelines that are unique and valid throughout Europe. Since the beginning of 2010 European Guidelines for products obligates that all products are labeled so-called CE mark. The CE mark shows approval of a product, in our case windows and doors, with the adequate European standards.

The CE mark describes a unique range of performance of a window in all of the Europe and the manufacturer nevertheless guarantees that the declared value for that performance is really secured.
